The Bharat Jodo Yatra of the Congress party was aimed to connect with the people of India, understand their concerns, and garner support for the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections. During the first phase of the yatra, Rahul Gandhi travelled extensively across different states, engaging with citizens from diverse backgrounds, and addressing their grievances.
