The ground floor of the three-storied Ram Mandir is in its final stages of construction and will be ready by Diwali.

The 'pran pratishtha' ceremony at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir will be held from January 15-24, 2024. Lord Ram will be worshipped in the child form known as Ram Lalla at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir.

The Prime Minister had earlier decided that he would visit Ayodhya only when the foundation of the temple was laid. He was true to his word and visited Ayodhya after 20 years only on August 5, 2021, when the foundation of the temple was laid.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath last week highlighted the significance of the installation of the idol of Ram Lalla, representing Lord Ram in his five-year-old form, which has been long awaited for over 500 years. He believed that this milestone would enhance Ayodhya's importance on a global level. Adityanath acknowledged the profound connection Ayodhya holds in the hearts of millions, stating that the construction of the temple symbolizes their unwavering devotion and faith.
