Taking to X, YS Sharmila said, "Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister garu, Why am I house arrested in my villa in Vijaywada? for what reason ? Pls tell the people of AP. Just going to my work place- the PCC office @INC_Andhra is a crime now? Why are you trying to curtail our constitutional rights? What is your govt afraid of?"

Further, she has raised concerns over the government's response to the formation of Amaravati Capital Committee by the Congress. She alleged that the Congress party had recently established the committee with a small group of 6-7 members, which she believes has unsettled the government.
