ABP Exclusive: Nitin Gadkari Addresses Murmurs Of Rift With PM Modi, Why BJP Hasn’t Named New Party Chief Yet

Nitin Gadkari refuted claims of discord with PM Modi, affirming his loyalty to the BJP and Modi's leadership. He dismissed opposition's attempts to create confusion and expressed contentment with his achievements.

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said on Sunday that he has a good relationship with the top leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Speaking exclusively to ABP News, Gadkari said that he is a committed leader of the party, and whatever possible, he is doing.

On being asked about the opposition's claim about the not-so-good relationship between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister said that the work of the opposition is to create confusion. He further added that PM Modi is his leader and that he is working under him.

On being asked if he has achieved everything that he wanted in life, the senior BJP leader said that he has gotten much and that he doesn't want anything more.

Nitin Gadkari also asserted that yoga is very important in life. The Union Minister, describing his schedule, said that he does yoga for two hours every day. He said that the first priority for every individual should be health.

The Union Minister also said that he eats less no matter that he is a foodie.

Speaking on recent allegations by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on the Maharashtra assembly polls, Gadkari said that questions should not be raised on the verdict of the citizens.

On being questioned why BJP is taking this long to choose the national president of the party, Gadkari said to ask it to JP Nadda, the national president. He further clarified that there is no question of him being the BJP chief.
