The battle lines are still blurred as the political parties are in the process of forming the best possible alliance which can give them the maximum leverage on ground and attract a larger voter base. In the recently held State Assembly elections in Rajasthan, Congress wrestled power from the BJP, forming a govt with a thumping majority. In terms of the vote share BJP is marginally ahead of the Congress, securing 49 percent of the vote share as compared to UPA which is likely to get 44 percent votes.
