COVID-19 cases have once again started increasing in the country but the biggest concern is about Delhi-NCR. Cases in Delhi-NCR have increased rapidly in the last few days as compared to other parts of the country.

Meanwhile, Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) is scheduled to meet on April 20 as the national capital observes a slight increase in the number of COVID-19 cases. The discussion will likely be held on imposing further restrictions.

So far, no restrictions on the COVID-19 Graded Response Action Plan (GRAPE) have been implemented. There is a provision to start imposing restrictions when there is a 0.5 percent infection rate in GRAPE.
