Chandigarh: A bizarre case has come to light where some unknown persons impersonated political strategist Prashant Kishor and incited some political leaders against Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh. Acknowledging the matter, the Punjab Police registered a criminal case against the unidentified miscreants.
