Benelli To Launch The 302R On July 25

The 300cc fully faired motorcycle is expected to be priced between Rs 4-4.2 lakh, on road

Benelli To Launch The 302R On July 25

Finally, the Benelli 302R is being launched on the 25th of July. Benelli has released an official invite confirming this. This will be Benelli's first fully faired product for India and will compete against the Kawasaki Ninja 300, Yamaha YZF-R3 and KTM RC 390.

Benelli dealerships across the country has already started accepting bookings for the bike since the last month, for booking amounts as low as Rs 30,000. We expect the 302R to be priced between Rs 4-4.2 lakh, on road.

The Benelli 302R's launch had been delayed by BS-IV emission norms and Benelli's decision to launch it with ABS.

It gets the TNT 300i's 300cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin motor which is good for 38PS @ 11500rpm and 26.5Nm @ 10,000rpm, and comes with a 6-speed gearbox.

The bike gets a trellis frame, upside-down front forks and dual front disc brakes with ABS as standard.

Stay tuned for more updates on the price.
