Watch: Careless mother drops her baby off the escalator

New Delhi: A surveillance video has emerged online recently showing a careless mother dropping her baby off the escalator in China. The lady lost hold of her stroller, which was not designed to go on an escalator. The video shows the baby falling off the stairs of the escalator. However, luckily, a man close by pressed the emergency stop button in time but the damage had already been done. The condition of the baby was not know. The careless mother has been criticized by thousands netizens. Mothers should not take the escalator while pushing a stroller, said experts on child safety and suggested that they (mothers) should hold their baby in their hands or take an elevator. Watch video:
