Taylor Swift Apparently Copied Uorfi Javed's Outfit And Now We've Seen It All
The internet seems to believe that Uorfi Javed's recent attire had an influence on Taylor Swift's ensemble for the MTV European Movie Awards.
Winning four awards, the most of any performer, American singer Taylor Swift stole the show at the MTV European Movie Awards on Sunday night. Swift shone in a David Koma dress with a black bodysuit and a cage skirt embellished with green stones as she walked the red carpet prior to the event.
But a few days after the event, something completely unforeseen is drawing attention to the singer's attire. The internet seems to think that Taylor Swift's outfit for the awards show was influenced by what Uorfi Javed recently wore. The social media star and actor, Uorfi, reportedly donned a white bodysuit and bejewelled skirt before Taylor did.
According to reports, on November 9, a few days before Taylor attended the MTV EMAs, Uorfi Javed was photographed in Mumbai wearing almost identical attire.
The quirky fashion sense and outlandish attire of Uorfi Javed are what gained her fame. She frequently makes public appearances wearing clothes that undoubtedly draw the attention of internet users. The former Bigg Boss participant, however, has constantly faced flak for her bold sartorial choices.
In a video posted a few days ago, Hindustani Bhau, a Bigg Boss 13 contestant, criticised Uorfi's clothing choices. He also tagged the actor and wrote, "Sudhar ja behen".
Uorfi, who usually responds to her trolls, didn't let this slide either. She hit back at Hindustani Bhau and wrote on her Instagram story, "Now that you’ve openly threatened me, you know I can put you behind the bars but wait havent you been there like a million times already? Ye toh kitna achha msg hai youth k liye jail jana, apne se aadhi umar ki ladki ko openly threaten karna (To get arrested and publicly threaten ladies your own age is such a great message for young people.)”
Uorfi Javed also recently found herself in legal trouble for wearing 'revealing clothes' in the song Haye Haye Yeh Majboori.
