- Dairy Products- Milk or things made from milk should be consumed. This will always keep you fit and healthy. To gain weight, include dairy products such as milk, yogurt, cheese, and ghee in your diet. This helps in healthy weight gain.
- Healthy Meals- To gain weight, it is important that you eat frequently, but during this time you should avoid consuming a large portion of meals at once. Eat light and less food frequently. Instead of having a big meal at a time, you can have five to six small meals in a day.
