Spine chilling cold wave grips NCR, Delhi records coldest November in 17-years

In past few days in the National capital Delhi where there has been some decrease in the level of pollution. So now Delhi's winter can increase people's problems. The temperature of Delhi is falling day by day. Today, the minimum temperature in the capital has broken the record of the last 17 years.

This time in Delhi, since the beginning of November, people have been forced to take the support of bonfire and in the morning people also had to struggle with fierce fog.
