Hizbul's top commander Saifullah Mir shot dead in Srinagar

The top commander of Hizbul Mujahideen has been killed in Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar. Saifullah Mir aka Doctor Saifullah was shot dead during Srinagar encounter with the security forces. Mir was just 31 and had taken over as the commander of the outfit in May 2020 after Riyaz Naikoo was shot dead by the Indian Security Forces.
