Migraines are recognized especially when the pain is on one side of the head. People with migraines tend to suffer from nausea, sensitivity to sound and light during these chronic headaches.
The person suffering from migraines may have sharp headaches for four hours to several days.

Migraine is generally considered genetic. The exact cause of the disease is yet to be ascertained. About 15 percent of the world's adult population suffers from migraines.
What are the symptoms of migraine?
The most common type is migraine with aura which is a recurring headache that strikes after or at the same time as sensory disturbances. Auras include vision problems in which a person sees flashes of light, blind spots, and other vision changes or tingling in your hand or face. Apart from these, irritability, severe pain in the one side of the head, and anger are also commonly found symptoms.
It is a neurological problem that causes sharp prickly pain every moment, this can cause vomiting or nausea and even gas.
Treatment of migraine
It is very important to change your diet for treating migraines. If you are in AC then do not go out in the sun immediately. Never drink cold water after coming from the scorching heat. Use sunglasses and umbrellas when stepping into the sunlight. Drink as much water as possible. Avoid caffeinated drinks like tea, coffee or only take them in moderation.
Keep your blood pressure under control. Go for a walk every day. If you can walk barefoot on green grass, do Surya Namaskar, and practice yoga. If you do not see any improvement, consult your doctor.
