5. Custard Apple/Sharifa/Sitaphal – Though they are usually in the season for a short period of time, Custard Apples are a delicious and healthy treat of the season. They are rich in potassium, magnesium which is great for heart health and reduce chances of arthritis and rheumatism. It is also rich in Vitamin A, C, and B6. B6 and good mood regulator as it can aid the creation of neurotransmitters.
