Mental Health: To stay mentally healthy, you should eat things that keep the brain healthy and active. Food items like eggs, walnuts, almonds, green vegetables and dark chocolate should be eaten

New Delhi: Everyone's minds are being affected largely during this pandemic. People who have suffered from Covid are facing a lot of mental health problems. Moreover, those who have lost their loved ones due to Covid , are also shocked. It is also affecting the memory of people.

Many people are having an issue of integrity. Many people who are away from their family , are also facing mental health problems. In addition, living together in the same house throughout the day is also causing a lot of difficulties. You need to take great care of your mental health to overcome all these problems. Today we are telling you things that can make your mind faster and more active by consuming them. 

Walnuts: You should eat walnuts daily to keep your mental health on track. Walnuts keep the brain sharp and healthy. Walnuts contain nutrients that make the brain sharp and active. Walnuts contain vitamin E, copper, manganese and antioxidants. Walnuts contain omega-3 fatty acids that helps improve mental health and increase efficiency. 

Pumpkin seeds: Pumpkin seeds are also beneficial for making the brain healthy and active. Pumpkin seeds are rich in zinc which increases memory. Its high in antioxidants, magnesium, copper and iron . Pumpkin seeds provide full of energy to the brain. This improves the ability to think. At the same time, the development of the brain is also good. 

Egg: Eggs contain good amount of protein. Egg is the best food for both body and brain. Eggs contain nutrients like vitamin B and choline to keep the brain healthy. Vitamin B helps in relieving depression and anxiety. So that's where Coleen increases the power of the brain. 

Green vegetables: You should also include green leafy vegetables in the diet to keep the mind healthy. Eating green vegetables strengthens the mind. Which help in increasing memory.  

Dark chocolate: Dark chocolate is also quite beneficial for the brain. The more tasty dark chocolate you eat, the more benefits it has. Dark chocolate made from cocoa contains an antioxidant called flavonoids. Which relieves the risk of anxiety , stress and depression.
