Chaitanya Choudhry shares first look as 'Raman Bhalla' post plastic surgery from YHM shoot as he replaces Karan Patel

The time has come when finally the face of the new 'Raman Bhalla' is set to be revealed in Star Plus show 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' with Chaitanya Choudhary replacing Karan Patel. While Karan is enjoying his time with his 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 10' gang in Bulgaria['Khatron Ke Khiladi 10' Day 1 Leaked PICS-VIDEOS: Host Rohit Shetty Begins Shooting, Dharmesh Sir Dances During Daredevil Stunt!], the YHM fans will witness old Raman getting a plastic surgery and showing up in all new avatar. Host Rohit Shetty had kickstarted the KKK 10 shoot last week in Bulgaria and Karan along with Karishma Tanna, Shivin Narang, Tejasswi Prakash, Adaa Khan, Amruta Khanvilkar, Dharmesh Yelande, RJ Malishka, Balraj Sayal, and Bhojpuri star Rani Chatterjee. The first elimination has also reportedly taken place in the show. Karan quit YHM to participate in KKK 10 and new Raman Bhalla aka actor Chaitanya Chaudhry has already shot for his entry scene. Chaitanya finally shared his picture in the look of 'Raman Bhalla' from the sets of 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' on his Instagram profile on Sunday. Chaitanya can be seen wearing a striped coat with black tee inside and bruise marks on his forehead. In the current track, after Arjit(played by Mithil Jain) throws 'Raman' off a building while hiding his face under mask, the latter has been hospitalized and the doctors have stopped family from meeting him since it could cause infection post surgery. Raman's wife Ishita Bhalla(played by Divyanka Tripathi) and the family members are aware that the doctors had to perform surgery on his face after it got severely injured in the fall. He has been given a different facial structure by the doctors along with the vocal chords which were left damaged in the accident. Arijit on the other hand is trying to find out why no news of Raman's death has come out believing he succeeded in taking Raman's life.

But when a regular actor who had been playing the male lead for past 6 years on the show, gets replaced, the actor stepping in his shoes is ought to receive some backlash.
