Tu Aashiqui NOT going off air; to get a NEW time slot!

Colors TV is all set launch a new show titled ‘Internet Wala Love’, which stars Shivin Narang and Tunisha Sharma in lead roles. We had previously informed you that ‘Tu Aashiqui’ will be pulled off and the new show will take over its 7pm slot on the channel. Fans of the Jannat Zubair and Ritvik Arora starrer were left disappointed when the news of the show going off air hit the internet. However, the fans can now rejoice as the show won’t be axed and will be shifted to a new time slot. A report in an entertainment portal suggested that Tu Aashqui will be shifted to an early evening time slot of 6:30pm once Internet Wala Love goes on air. Fans can now breathe a sigh of relief! ‘Internet Wala Love’ in all probability will be launched on September 3, as per the report in SpotboyE. The first promo of the show was unveiled on Thursday and gave us a glimpse of the upcoming drama from the stable of Sphere Origins. Talking about ‘Tu Aashiqui’, the romantic drama focuses on the life Pankti (Jannat) and Ahaan (Ritwik) and their efforts to reunite. Rahil Azam plays the main antagonist Jayant Dhanrajgir, who is hell bent on separating the two lovers in the show. The daily soap, which was launched on September 20, 2017 along with Ishq Mein Marjawan, has been struggling to gain good TRPs since few weeks. Tu Aashiqui NOT going off air; to get a NEW time slot! The show created quite some buzz when the makers asked Jannat to shoot a kissing scene with her co-star, making her mother lash out at them. It was rumoured that Jannat would be replaced in the show but the two sides resolved all the issues and the 16-year-old continued to be part of the show. Watch this space for more updates!
