All good. We should meet soon yaar.... Ok done." This conversation we had a week ago. We also spoke to each other on phone and that was towards the last week of May. We had a very regular conversation, nobody can even notice that something was wrong. I asked him hey Whats up and he said, "Nothing much yaar just this lockdown. The regular stuff yaar bore horaha hai...Let's meet soon yaar next week, let the lockdown get over. We will plan something and meet. Missing you yaar. The conversations we had were every normal. Nothing alarming. Whether it was through message or phone call."
Tabrez further adds that he had known the actor for almost 13 years and that the latter had a flamboyant personality. Talking about their friendship, Tabrez shared, "I have known him for 13 years now. He was a very vibrant person and had a flamboyant personality, full of life. It is very surprising that he took a step like this. We started our careers from the same show, Kes Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil. We both were outsiders, we did not have anyone in the industry. We share the same birthday month. After our first show he moved to Pavitra Rishta and I did Pyaar Ki Yeh Ek Kahaani, so we were again around each other. Be it partying together, hanging out or going out for drives, we would be together. We were practically living together that time. People called us thick as thieves that time."
