'Samay' of 'Beyhadh', actor Piyush Sahdev arrested on rape charges

The hot hunk of television who's popularly known as 'Samay/Rajeev', the negative character from Sony TV's popular romantic thriller show 'Beyhadh' has been arrested and produced before the Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate Court on Wednesday for allegedly raping a 23-year-old fashion designer after he had been in a live-in relationship with her for the last two months.

According to TOI, 35 yr old Piyush was arrested on November 22nd after the victim lodged a complaint on November 20. Versova police senior inspector Kiran Kale confirmed Sahdev's arrest and said he is in police custody till November 27th.
