RadhaKrishn: Zalak Desai Confirmed To Enter As 'Rukmini' In Star Bharat Show!

New entry in Sumedh Mudgalkar-Mallika Singh's 'RadhaKrishn', TV actress Zalak Desai confirmed to play 'Rukmini' in Star Bharat show.

Swastik Productions' 'RadhaKrishn',  featuring Sumedh Mudgalkar and Mallika Singh in lead roles of 'Krishn' and 'Radha' respectively, is one the most loved mythological shows on small-screen. The Star Bharat show, which began in October 2018, is still fetching decent numbers for the channel and is garnering much appreciation from its loyal viewers . To make the show more interesting and entertaining for the audience, 'RadhaKrishn' makers are set to introduce the character of 'Rukmini' in the popular show and a talented actress has been roped in to play the pivotal role.

In 'RadhaKrishn', Rukmini’s character will be played by popular Television actress, Zalak Desai.

Confirming her entry in the show Zalak Desai said in a statement that, "Rukmini is an ethereal beauty to me. She falls in love with Krishn even before meeting him and that in itself is a testament of her devotion. This is my very first association with Swastik Productions and I am really overwhelmed that Siddharth sir has given me the opportunity to play this inspiring character of Rukmini. I really hope I'm able to stand true to the expectations of all our loyal fans of the show."

In the current track, Radha stuns everyone by declaring that she won’t become the queen of Barsana stating that even Krishn didn’t choose to rule even after killing Kans. 'Radha faces many taunts from Jatila kaki who doesn’t agree with her decision. Meanwhile, Balram and Krishn head to Rishi Sandipani’s ashram with Maharishi Garg. In the midst of all this enters the princess of Vidarbha and the daughter of King Bhishmak, Rukmini.
