New Delhi: Pratik Sehajpal who rose to fame with his powerful and applaud-worthy stint in ‘Bigg Boss’ made his television debut with the highest TRP show in Indian Television, Naagin. Thanks to his journey in the show, the character of Rudra was loved and appreciated by the entire nation. 

He is Prarthna's love interest, Rudra Raichand, in the show. Pratik's popularity stems from both his persona and his acting abilities. His awe-inspiring chemistry with Tejasswi Prakash who was also his co-contestant in the reality show 'Bigg Boss 15' had netizens go all gaga.

Sharing his experience shooting for Naagin, he said “I am honoured to be a part of the show. This experience was worth cherishing, Tejasvi and I had our stint in Bigg Boss house which made it simpler and great working space. I am extremely happy with the role, the great exposure in fiction is motivating, I would like to thank my fans for the love and I owe everything to them."

Earlier, he credited his appearances on reality series like ‘Bigg Boss 15’ and ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ with opening numerous doors for him.

Ekta Kapoor's sixth season of the supernatural thriller 'Naagin' was released on 12th February 2022 on Colors TV channel. Tejasswi Prakash and Simba Nagpal played the key characters in the serial. The season was based on the COVID-19 pandemic and the Naagin will give birth in order to rescue the country from the sickness.
