Niti Taylor will be the female lead in ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum 2’

New Delhi: Star Plus’ popular show Diya Aur Baati Hum had their last episode yesterday. Show will end with Sandhya and Sooraj’s death. But, good news is that it will be back next year with its season 2. Now according to an entertainment portal, makers were looking for the female lead, who will play the role of Khanak, Suraj and Sandhya’s daughter. Their search ended on the popular MTV actress Niti Taylor. Niti gave the audition for the role of Khanak and looked like perfect for the character. Niti entered the TV industry with Ekta Kapoor’s show ‘Pyaar ka Bandhan’ but gained limelight with MTV show ‘Kaisi Ye Yaariayan.’ Coming back on the show, Diya Aur Baati Hum will end this week as Sooraj and Sandhya save their daughter Khanak’s life. That’s how the 5 year long journey will come to an end!
