Kaun Banega Crorepati 12: Two COVID-19 positive cases have been detected on the sets of the soon-to-be launched show.

New Delhi: ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, considered as one of the biggest reality shows on Indian television, is back with a new season. The quiz-based show has been making waves ever since the first promo of ‘KBC’ was unveiled last month on social media. Ardent fans of the show are quite excited to see Amitabh Bachchan back on the hot seat. The last season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ had managed to do quite well in terms of TRPs. Amitabh Bachchan, who tested positive for COVID-19 on July 11, started shooting for ‘KBC 12’ after recovering from the virus. The promo of the show featured a businessman, who suffered a big loss but is determined to start everything from the scratch with a winning amount of Rs 1,000. The production house is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of Big B, contestants and crew members amid the COVID-19. We recently informed you that the shooting of ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ was put on hold after actor Krishna Soni tested positive for COVID-19. According to Saas Bahu Aur Saazish, two members have been found infected with the virus on the sets of the show. Like last year, Nitesh Tiwari has directed the promo for the show. "This year is of course very different and challenging for all of us is every aspect. But it has been a year of learning and exploring avenues that probably weren't thought of, paving the path for something meaningful, leading us to the insight that there is a spark somewhere in each one of us that keeps us going, notwithstanding the obstacles, however big or small. The idea of this campaign is to reignite the spark and inspire people to move ahead in life," the ‘Dangal’ director said in a statement to IANS. Amitabh and his family members including Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan recovered from COVID-19 last month. Recently, three ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actors, Sachin Tyagi, Samir Onkar and Swati Chitnis, had tested positive for the virus. They are currently observing home quarantine.
