Kasautii Zindagii Kay Vs Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki: Here's who won the battle in our online poll!

The telecast of Ekta Kapoor's reboot version of 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay' starring Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan in lead was much awaited and finally Episode 1 of KZK 2 hit the Television screens on Tuesday i.e. 25th September 2018. We already told you how the fans responded to the premiere episode of 'Kasauti' online which has mixed reactions by them and now what remains to be seen is whether the show can win the battle of the small screen TRPs on BARC rating list. 'Kasautii...' airs in 8pm slot which already has a winner in Colors Tv show 'Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki'. The Rubina Dilaik-Vivian Dsena show that launched in May, 2016 has been securing it's place in Top 10 TV shows since. The other shows that already air in the 8pm slot are Zee Tv's 'Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega' and Sony Entertainment Television's 'Porus' which aren't performing that well on the TRP charts. 'Kasautii...' replaced 'Har Shaakh Pe Ullu Baithaa Hai' on Star Plus and it has now a grand challenge to face which is 'Shakti' on the rival channel Colors. Filmy Monkey conducted a poll on Twitter last night, asking fans 'which show are they watching & which out of these two wins for them?'. Although it was Day 1 of 'Kasautii..' and it is too early to conclude who the winner is but the online fandom already proves that despite losing in this poll, Erica-Parth's show is a big threat to 'Shakti'. In the past 22 hours, while 209 people support 'Shakti', 154 voted in favor of 'Kasautii'. While Rubina and Vivian already boast of a huge fanbase, 'Kuchh Rang Pyar Ke Aise Hi' fame Erica and 'Kaisi Ye Yariyaan' fame Parth on the other hand have their supporters too who follow them from their earlier shows. One of the biggest TV battles has just begun and this poll-result proves that it isn't going to be easy for either of the shows to win over the other.
