The ‘Ishqbaaaz’ fame actor took to social media to announce the arrival of their baby boy. Although, he didn’t reveal the face of his son, the small screen heartthrob shared his first picture on his Instagram handle. The couple became parents of a baby boy on Wednesday (February 3).
Nakuul shared the picture along with the caption, “February 3, 2021. This is Us. Grateful and sleepy in equal measure.” His wife Jankee can be seen holding their son’s hands in the heartwarming picture. The adorable snap has received over 1 lakh likes in no time. Fans have also flooded the comments section with their messages and wishes.
Several TV celebs including Drashti Dhami, Anita Hassanandani, Krystle D’Souza, Sargun Mehta dropped comments on the post. Krystle wrote, "baby mehta" while Nakuul's close friend Drashti posted heart emojis in the comments section.
Nakuul Mehta had shared an adorable video on November 7, 2020 to announce his wife’s pregnancy. The clip, which featured important events in their life including their wedding, went viral on the internet.
Nakuul and Jankee became parents of a baby boy after nine years of marriage. The couple celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary on January 28. They penned heartfelt posts for each other on their special day.
On the work front, Nakuul Mehta was last seen in ZEE5’s web series ‘Never Kiss Your Best Friend’. He is still known for playing the role of Shivaay Oberoi opposite Surbhi Chandna in ‘Ishqbaaaz’. Their sizzling chemistry grabbed several eyeballs and scored good ratings for the show.
