Bigg Boss OTT: Mallika Sherawat To Participate In Karan Johar's Show? Here's What We Know!

Bigg Boss new season: The makers of 'Bigg Boss OTT' have reportedly approached Mallika Sherawat for the show.

Mumbai: After entertaining the viewers with a drama-packed season of ‘Bigg Boss’, the makers of the reality show are all set to experiment with a new concept in the OTT space. Adding a new twist in tale, the producers have decided to launch ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ ahead of Bigg Boss 15’s premiere on Colors channel. While Salman will continue to host the show on television, Karan Johar will be seen hosting ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ on VOOT Select. 

If a recent report in an entertainment portal is to be believed, the makers have approached Mallika Sherawat for the controversial reality show. In case you are thinking that she will be seen as a contestant, we have to stop you right there. 

A report in SpotboyE suggested that the team at Endemol approached Sherawat to participate as a contestant for six weeks in ‘Bigg Boss OTT’.  She was supposed to live in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house as a contestant with special powers. Although the ‘Murder’ star was keen to do the show, she didn’t wish to participate as a contestant. Therefore, she refused to accept the offer, the report in the portal added.  

Speculations were rife in 2019 that Mallika would enter the ‘BB 13’ house as a ‘Maalkin’. However, she was nowhere to be seen and the makers roped in Ameesha Patel as a special guest on the show. 

Talking about ‘Bigg Boss 15’, the likes of Arjun Bijlani, Riddhima Pandit, Neha Marda, Divya Aggarwal are rumoured to be part of the show. The makers have managed to keep the details about the contestants are under wraps. 

Last year, TV’s popular bahu Rubin Dilaik lifted the winner’s trophy of ‘Bigg Boss 14’. She defeated Rahul Vaidya, Nikki Tamboli, Aly Goni and Rakhi Sawant in a star-studded finale to win the show.
