‘Sasural Simar Ka’ Actor Rajev Paul Hospitalised After Testing COVID-19 Positive

Mumbai: ‘Bigg Boss 6’ contestant and actor Rajev Paul shared an update about his health on social media. The ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ actor revealed that he has tested positive for COVID-19 and has been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai.

Rajev Paul took to his official Instagram handle and wrote, “Before things go out of hands...or when things go out of hands...it's better to put them in capable hands.”

The ‘Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii’ actor also revealed in his post as to why he has been admitted to the hospital. Paul wrote, “My fever wasn't coming down...so had to get myself admitted to #Kokilaben #AmbaniHospital at Andheri Here in the hands of very capable doctors and management Started with #remdesivir and other #medicines @rakesh_insta_paul @rakheekukie thanks for doing this and @satishkaushik2178 Ji Thank you for convincing me to come here...Right decision at right time happens coz you have right people in your life..Thank you all for keeping me in your #prayers would request you to pray for all that are unwell world over...We will be safe ..when all are safe.....”

Rajev Paul started his career with Mahesh Bhatt’s 1995 soap opera ‘Swabhimaan’ where he portrayed the role of ‘Walter’. He then starred in several other serials including ‘Yes Boss’, ‘Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii’, ‘Rishtey’ and many more. He also participated in reality shows – ‘Bigg Boss’ and ‘Nach Baliye’.

Rajev Paul tied the knot with actress Delnaaz Irani in the year 1998. The couple, however, got divorced in the year 2012 after 14 years of marriage.
