Mumbai: Television actress and the winner of ‘Bigg Boss 14’ Rubina Dilaik tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this month. The actress quarantined herself at her hometown in Shimla soon after and shared the update on her social media.
Rubina Dilaik is an avid social media user and commands a huge fan following on the platform. As the actress is on her way to recovery, Rubina posted a video on YouTube where she showed her fans and viewers her journey to COVID-19 recovery. Rubina got teary-eyed while speaking about her journey to recovery. The video starts with the time when Rubina tested positive for coronavirus and shows her entire routine during the period of isolation.

Rubina also thanked her fans, family and husband in her video and said, “I was thinking of sharing this with you all for a long time. I am extremely blessed, I would say, that I have an amazing family, a loving and caring husband, totally loving and supporting parents. My sisters are amazing, I am extremely grateful. Of course, my fans, I have been reading the wishes.”

Meanwhile, earlier this month, when Rubina tested positive for COVID-19, she shared an update on her social media and wrote, “I always look out for silver lining. I will now be eligible for donating plasma after a month. Tested positive, home quarantined for 17 days. Whosoever has come in contact with me past 5/7 days, please get yourself tested.”
Speaking about her work front, Rubina was last seen starring in music videos - ‘Marjaneya’ opposite husband Abhinav Shukla and in ‘Galat’ opposite Paras Chhabra.
