Bigg Boss 14: Rahul Vaidya's 'nepotism' jibe on Jaan Kumar Sanu didn't go down well with several fans on social media.

'Bigg Boss 14' contestant Rahul Vaidya faced flak on social media after he called Jaan Kumar Sanu a 'product of nepotism' and nominated him. His remarks didn't go down well with other housemates including Rubina Dilaik and Nishant Singh Malkani, who expressed their displeasure and slammed the 'Indian Idol' fame singer for dragging the topic during the nominations. Several fans also called out Vaidya for using 'nepotism' as a reason to nominate his once friend Jaan. Jaan, who is the son of playback singer Kumar Sanu, warned him to not drag his father's name during any conversation. Both Jaan and Rahul indulged in a major war of words in Tuesday's episode of 'Bigg Boss 14'. The two contestants have been nominated for eviction this week and hence, they are leaving no stone unturned to impress the viewers.

Shefali Bagga Feels Rahul Vaidya Will Have To Pay The Price For His Nepotism Remark

Shefali Bagga, who participated in 'Bigg Boss 13' last year, took to Twitter to express her views on the current show. She said that Rahul Vaidya might get a 'good thrashing' during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode for his nepotism remark. She even said that the nominated contestants won't get eliminated this week as the show needs them at this stage. "Out of the nominated contestants #nikki #pavitra #jaan and #rahul , I don’t think anyone will be voted out this week. The show needs them all at this stage #BB14 #biggboss14 but #RahulVaidya because of his #nepotism remark might get a good thrashing," Bagga tweeted.

Nikki Tamboli has been hogging all the limelight since the start of the show. From fighting with her contestants to refusing to do household work, the Marathi Mulgi has grabbed several eyeballs with her antics. Shefali gave her honest opinion on Nikki and said that she couldn't do much last week and she needs to pull up her socks. "#NikkiTamboli was not in her form in the last week but now when she has been sent to red zone , she needs to buck up," Bagga wrote.
