ALTBalaji after a lot of research has made a show on the landmark case which is titled as 'The Verdict - State Vs Nanavati' and the makers have released its teaser which is highly captivating for the authentic picture it presents. The teaser will be out today (30th June) at 3 PM and the audience is awaiting the thrilling ride! The highly controversial case of a Naval Commander K. M. Nanavati who killed his wife's lover, Prem Ahuja is one of the landmark cases in the history of India. ALTBalaji is all set to present this trial case in an upcoming drama web series titled, 'The Verdict - State Vs Nanavati', where ace actor Angad Bedi will portray lawyer Karl Khandalvala. This 10-episode series will be directed by Shashant Shah. Despite six decades, the story of the trial which revolved around infidelity, cold-blooded murder and patriotism still grabs people's attention. This 10-episode courtroom drama will be based on public records, newspaper articles of the time, interviews with people who have knowledge of the case- keeping it as real and authentic as possible.
