Ram Charan Fulfills AR Rahman's Promise While Observing Ayyappa Deeksha; Know More
Ram Charan kept his promise to A.R. Rahman by attending the 80th National Mushaira Ghazal event at Kadapa Dargah as the chief guest.
New Delhi: Actor Ram Charan will be the special guest at today's (November 18) 80th National Mushaira Ghazal. The actor is reportedly expected to arrive this evening for the renowned event, which will be held in the Kadapa Dargah. Reports indicate that preparations have already been made for his arrival. Lots of people are very looking forward to the event, and it's not hard to see why: last year, famous composer AR Rahman said he would invite Ram Charan.
According to the Times Now report, Ram Charan accepted Rahman's invitation to the Mushaira Ghazal as a special guest, living up to his promise, even though he had a very busy schedule.
The connection between them extends beyond this event; Rahman is now writing the score for Buchi Babu Sana's much-anticipated film starring Ram Charan.
According to a source, the actor, who is well-known for his dedication to his spiritual practices, is expected to wear an all-black outfit and come to the event barefoot as part of his continued observance of Ayyappa Deeksha.
Lord Ayyappa followers observe the 41-day Ayyappa Deeksha as a spiritual oath before travelling to Kerala's Sabarimala. The celebration is said to promote spiritual development and a stronger relationship with God and is linked to austerity, self-control, and dedication.
Ram Charan’s Work Front
On the work front, Ram Charan and Kiara Advani will share the screen in ‘Game Changer’ directed by S Shankar. In the midst of the Pongal celebration on January 10, 2025, Ram Charan's much awaited film will finally be released to theatres.
