Jr. NTR's Coutout Catches Fire In Hyderabad As Devara Releses; Fans Share Videos

New Delhi: Looks like the fan frenzy on Jr. NTR's big solo release 'Devara' has reached another level. Some videos on social media platforms suggest that NTR's fans went a little overboard with the release of Koratala Siva's 'Devara Part 1'. A massive cutour of Jr.NTR outside a theatre in Hyderabad caught fire by accident.

Jr NTR's cutout catches fire

 

Jr. NTR's fans have installed a massive cutout of the actor at the Sudarshan 35 MM theatre at RTC X Roads in Hyderabad. They also burst firecrakers, as is the norm around big releases in Telugu states. However, the celebrations took a different turn when the cutout caught fire. 

While some fans were shocked, many took videos and pictures of the cutout with their phones and shared the same on social media platforms like X. In a video shared by Tollywood PRO, a crowd of fans can also be seen cheering even as the cutout catched fire.

No casualties were repotrted from the spot. The fire department, along with local authorities, had reached the spot on time to douse the fire. Earlier, there were also rumous about the fire being set purposely. However, many claim that the fire happened by accident.

Jr NTR's big releae after 6 years

After 'RRR', 'Devara Part 1' happens to be Jr. NTR's big theatre release. Interestingly, the Koratala Siva film also is NTR's first big solo hero release in six years. He was last seen in 'Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava'.

The actor also took to X( formerly Twitter) to thank his fans for the love his film's team has been receiving for it. 

He wrote, "The day I had been waiting for is finally here... Overwhelmed by your incredible reactions,” adding, “To my fans, witnessing your celebrations for Devara makes me so elated. Forever indebted for your love. Glad you're enjoying it as much as I did. I promise to keep entertaining you all.”

Jr NTR also thanked the team of 'Devara: Part 1' for the hard work theu put into the film. Apart from NTR, the film also stars Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor.
