Notably, a reloaded version of the film, featuring an additional 20 minutes of footage, was launched on January 17, 2025, although it was initially slated for January 11.

Since its release, Pushpa 2 has taken the industry by storm, emerging as the biggest film of 2024. The film not only captured the hearts of audiences but also set unprecedented box office records. It became the first Hindi film to enter the ₹800 crore club and crossed a staggering ₹1,800 crore worldwide, cementing its place as India's highest-grossing film to date.

Directed by Sukumar, the film features a stellar cast, including Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, alongside Allu Arjun in the titular role. The story follows Pushpa Raj, a man determined to reclaim control over his life after facing immense losses. His journey to power leads him to head a formidable red sandalwood smuggling syndicate.

Produced by Mythri Movie Makers in collaboration with Sukumar Writings, the second installment of the three-part franchise hit the big screens on December 5, 2024, with music composed by T-Series.
