New Delhi: August 13 marks the birth anniversary of one of the most versatile actress' of all times, Sridevi. The legendary actress entertained the audience across the globe,  with her strong performances. Along with being an exemplary actress, she was also a doting mother to her two daughters, Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor with her husband, filmmaker Boney Kapoor. Remembering their mother on her birth anniversary, Janhvi and Khushi took to their social media handles to share heartwarming pictures with the late actress, showing their love for their 'Mumma'.

Janhvi shared an adorable throwback picture from her childhood with her mother. In the endearing picture, Sridevi can be seen lovingly holding Janhvi in her arms and smiling at the camera. While the picture shows Sridevi looking gorgeous and graceful in a red Banarasi saree, Janhvi looks super cute in a blue lehenga. 

Janhvi captioned the picture as, "Happy birthday Mumma ❤️ i miss you more and more everyday. I love u forever ♾"

As soon as Janhvi shared the post, several celebrities including fashion designer Manish Malhotra, filmmaker Zoya Akhtar and Janhvi's 'Bawaal' co-star Varun Dhawan reacted on the heartwarming picture with heart emojis.

Sridevi's younger daughter Khushi Kapoor, who is all set to make her Bollywood debut with 'The Archies', also shared a loving picture with her mom. Khushi shared a black and white picture that shows Sridevi lovingly kissing her daughter on her cheek as Khushi looks at the camera.

Sridevi breathed her last in 2018 due to accidental drowning in the bath tub of her hotel room. She was in Dubai to attend a family wedding. The actress had several blockbusters to her credit in her illustrious acting career.

Stepping into their mother's shoes, both Janhvi and Khushi have entered Bollywood. While Janhvi was last seen in the recently released dark-comedy drama 'Goodluck Jerry', Khushi Kapoor will be making her debut with Zoya Akhtar's directorial 'The Archies'. The film will also mark the debut of Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan and Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda.
