New Delhi: There will be a lot of emotion in the next episode of the reality show, ‘Dance Deewane Juniors’, as the episode will bring back treasured memories of the late actor Rishi Kapoor. 

Neetu Kapoor, the late actor Rishi Kapoor's wife and a judge on the show, will be shown becoming emotional and crying as she recalls her late husband.

Dance Deewane Juniors' most recent promo has a contestant's grandmother telling Neetu Kapoor about her family's relationship with Rishi. The lady recalled, "My husband met Rishi ji in 1974, and after that, he used to constantly talk about him. Rishi ji was always supportive of my husband.” She also dedicated a few lines of a well-known song ‘Lambi Judaai’ for the late actor. When Neetu hears this, she becomes distraught and begins to weep.

Later on, we see Neetu step back from the platform to the judge’s chair. Neetu said, “Rishi Ji is no more, but I met someone new every day who has a tale about him that they would want to share.” She further added that everyone has a connection with him.

After a prolonged fight with cancer, Rishi Kapoor died in 2020. On Saturday, the two-year anniversary of his passing will be commemorated. Sharmaji Namkeen, the last film of Rishi Kapoor, was released on Prime Video in March of this year. Due to the actor's death during filming, the rest of the movie was filmed with Paresh Rawal.
