Veteran actor Vinod Khanna's family issues statement over his bad health

New Delhi: Veteran actor Vinod Khanna was recently admitted to Reliance Hospital, Mumbai last Friday. His family has issued a statement over his bad health. The actor has reportedly been suffering from cancer. Above picture of pale-looking Vinod Khanna with his family went viral few days back in which the actor looks too week and unrecognizable. The statement reads- ''Dad was hospitalised on Friday for severe dehydration. The situation was quickly brought under control. He is doing much better and the doctors are looking to discharge him soon. Our family is most grateful for extraordinary care he has been receiving at the hospital and we are touched by all the good wishes pouring in.'' Vinodji is being lovingly taken care of by his wife Kavita and the family. Kavita said, 'The present day condition of Vinod is much better and has improved tremendously. He is doing much better. The doctors are looking to discharge him soon. Our family is most grateful for the extraordinary care he has been receiving at the hospital and we are touched by all the good wishes pouring in.' All the Osho sannyasins and his fans from all these past years convey lots and lots of love to him and send love healing energy.''
