'Naiyo Lagda' has been sung by Kamaal Khan and Palak Muchhal with music by Himesh Reshammiya. It has been written by Shabbir Ahmed.

Shehnaaz Gill and Palak Tiwari would make their film debuts in the Farhad Samji-directed 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan', which also features Venkatesh Daggubati. It will be released this Eid in April.
