Global icon Priyanka Chopra and Jameela Jamil trended on Twitter after one user asked the latter about her ‘divorce with Nick Jonas’. Jameela, who is fondly known for her role in ‘The Good Place’, responded to the user, who tweeted, “Wait so did @nickjonas and @jameelajamil get divorced?” Jamil corrected the user and tagged Priyanka Chopra while responding to her.

Jamil wrote, “A different Indian woman who doesn’t look anything like me. @priyankachopra. I believe they are very happy together still.” PeeCee was quick enough to react to her tweet on the micro-blogging site. The ‘Quantico’ star was left in splits after reading Jameela’s tweet. She simply wrote, “Lol” and added posted several emojis.

Jameela Jamil is a British radio presenter, actress and model. Her father is an Indian while her mother is from Pakistan. On the professional front, Jamil will be next seen in ‘Marry Me’, which is slated to release next year.
