Tamannaah to make Malayalam debut with 'Kammarasambhavam'

Chennai: Actress Tamannaah Bhatia will be making her Malayalam debut with upcoming multi-starrer "Kammarasambhavam", which is being directed by Rateesh Ambat and also stars Dileep and Siddharth in the lead.

"Tamannaah has been verbally confirmed and she's expected to sign on the dotted line very soon. The project will mark her Malayalam debut and the makers are planning to get her to dub her own lines in the language," a source from the film's unit told IANS. Tamannaah Rateesh and Tamannaah had previously worked in a TVC. "They've been in touch since they worked together. When Rateesh shared a few lines of his story, Tamannaah immediately expressed her interest because she's been planning to work in the Malayalam industry for a long time," the source said. The film, loosely based on the life of a popular communist character from Kerala, went on the floors on Thursday. The project also marks Siddharth's Malayalam debut.
