The trailer rightly sums up the 'Dosti Special' title, as the director Nitesh Tiwari has given us a wide image to his Engineering College days by showing the interesting and fun-filled banters between the actors, who are a group of college friends having the fun of their life, making it most relatable for all the youth out there. Then, there is an interesting twist in the trailer where we get to see the middle age lifespans of Varun Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput wherein Varun Sharma's character has still not changed after his hair have greyed and is yet the happy go lucky guy. Whereas Sushant Singh Rajput is a calm and composed guy. This contrasts between the character's personalities makes us curious to know more about them.
