Sushant Singh Rajput’s Family Lawyer Vikas Singh Claims Rhea Chakraborty’s FIR Against Priyanka Singh Is An Attempt To Keep Mumbai Police Alive In The Case

New Delhi: The Sushant Singh Rajput death case is now being investigated by three Central agencies including the CBI, ED, and NCB. The NCB joined the probe when the ‘drug angle’ emerged in SSR’s death case and has arrested Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, Dipesh Sawant, and the drug peddlers till now. Recently, Rhea Chakraborty lodged an FIR against the ‘Chhichhore’ actor’s sister Priyanka Singh and Dr. Tarun Kumar at Mumbai Police Station for having sent a bogus Medical Prescription depicting SSR as an OPD patient when he was in Mumbai on 8th June 2020. After receiving the complaint filed by the ‘Mere Dad Ki Maruti’ actress, Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh reacted by saying that it is an effort to keep the jurisdiction of Mumbai Police in this matter, says a report of ANI. He further added that this is a clear attempt to somehow keep the Mumbai police alive in this case so that they can do some mischief and ensure that the family does not get justice. ANI quoted Vikas Singh saying, “I've been given a complaint filed by #RheaChakraborty in Bandra Police station. It's an effort to keep jurisdiction of Mumbai Police in this matter when SC said complaints with regard to the death of #SushantSinghRajput will be investigated by CBI” Advocate Vikas Singh added, “So this is clear attempt to somehow keep the Mumbai Police alive in this matter so that they can do some mischief and ensure that the family of Sushant does not get justice in this matter.”
