Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: Rhea Chakraborty Files A Complaint Against Late Actor’s Sister Priyanka Singh

New Delhi: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has been investigating the ‘drug angle’ in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case and has arrested Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, Dipesh Sawant, and the drug peddlers till now. The NCB has also been interrogating the late actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty for 2 days. Amidst all this, the ‘Jalebi’ actress filed an FIR in the Mumbai Police against SSR’s sister Priyanka Singh and Dr. Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and others for offenses of Forgery, NDPS Act, and Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines 2020. The ‘Mere Dad Ki Maruti’ actress lodged this FIR against Priyanka Singh and Dr. Tarun Kumar for having sent a bogus Medical Prescription depicting SSR as an Out-Patient Department person when he was in Mumbai on 8th June 2020. She also added in her FIR that the drugs which were prescribed – Librium, Nexito and Lonazep are listed in Schedule of NDPS Act as Psychotropic Substances and Tele Medicines Practice Guidelines 3.7.4 dealing with Prohibited List. It prohibits prescribing of any Narcotic or Psychotropic Substance listed in the NDPS Act and is misconduct under 3.7.1.4 of the Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines. Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty also reportedly claimed that the ‘Kai Po Che!’ actor got addicted to drugs in 2016 while he was shooting for Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kedarnath’ with Sara Ali Khan. She also stated that many of his co-stars too consumed drugs with him during the shoot during her interrogation with NCB. On September 6, Rhea was questioned by at least two NCB for six-long hours and the actress has made some shocking revelations. Watch this space for more updates.
