Shekhar Suman also thanked Subramanian Swamy to appoint Ishkaran Singh Bhandari for finding out a feasible way for CBI investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.
The tragic death of Sushant Singh Rajput has sent shock waves across the nation with fans still mourning the loss!
It is still really hard for them to believe that the ever-charming and talented actor is no longer amongst us. While no one knows the actual reason behind him taking such a drastic step, the late actor’s fans and some celebrities like Shekhar Suman and Roopa Ganguly have been demanding a CBI enquiry into the matter.
The final post mortem report of the actor declared that his death was due to asphyxia, but his fans have been demanding for a CBI enquiry for quite a long time now as they’re sensing some foul play. Owing to all this, BJP MP Subramanian Swamy has appointed an advocate to further look into the matter.
He tweeted, “I have asked Ishkaran to process Rajput alleged suicide matter for a possible CBI case or PIL or Criminal complaint case.” Sushant Singh Rajput’s fans took a sigh of relief on this news.

Ishkaran Singh Bhandari, who has been appointed by the former Union Cabinet Minister for further scrutinizing the facts took to his twitter and wrote, “I have written a letter to Police Commissioner of Mumbai, to preserve and do through forensic examination of ALL ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE, phone, computer, etc of all people connected to Sushant Singh Rajput Case!” Ishkaran Singh added another tweet where he shared pictures of his letter to the Mumbai police and also shared the link to a Youtube video where the letter is explained in a layman’s language. He wrote, “My letter to Mumbai Police, to preserve and Forensic examination of all electronic evidence, CCTV, laptop, Phone etc. Along with SC judgements Justice to Sushant Singh Rajput @Swamy39Will explain in simple common man language on YouTube”.Presently in the Sushant Rajput case, Ishkaran is looking to see if Sections 306 and/or 308 of India Penal Code read with Article 21 of the Constitution is applicable. That is, whether accepting the Police version of it being a suicide, was the Actor driven to it?
