When asked about her image, she said, ''People label you, and they don’t see what more you are capable of. Film-makers should see if actors fit their characters. Post Hate Story 2, everyone felt that since I have done a sensual role, they can give me similar ones. But, when people offer me a ‘bold’ role, it flabbergasts me. Why don’t the makers look beyond, and see what the actor is capable of doing?'' The actress then added how she was bombarded with bold and sexy roles post 'Hate Story 2'. However, she made a shocking confession when asked about Casting Couch. As per the reports on SpotboyE, Surveen was asked about whether she faced casting couch in her career and the actress replied, ''Oh ya! But surprisingly not in Bollywood. It came from the South industry. I haven’t seen the bad side of Bollywood yet. It seems like I have had some protective forces around me.'' She was asked about how she reacted to such offers, Surveen quipped, ''Don't remind me of those phone calls and text messages. I wasn’t game for it. I will wait for the right kind of work. If I have it in me, everything will fall in place. You need a bit of luck too in this industry.
