Salman won’t apologise for his rape comment

New Delhi : Salman Khan has finally opened up on his rape remark controversy. According to a source, Salman has declined to apologize for his comment. The head of the State Women’s Commission, Vijaya Rahatkar said “Salman had sent letter on 28 saying that the matter is in front of National Women's Commission and hence the same matter cannot be heard at State Women's Commission as it will be double jeopardy”. Vijaya also said that double jeopardy system does not apply here, and hence, now both State Women Commission and National Women Commission can conduct the inquiry. Commission has now summoned Salman to be present on July 7. Salman’s advocate has replied to State Women Commission regarding his rape comment and souces say that the actor has not apologized.
