Pahlaj Nihalani sacked as CBFC chief, Lyricist Prasoon Joshi to replace him

New Delhi: Hard days of Central Board of Film Certification have finally ended. Pahlaj Nihalani has been removed as CBFC chief. His removal would surely be a relief to many filmmakers. Pahlaj's period has always been a trouble to many filmmakers since he joined as CBFC chief. Nihalani was objected by audience and filmmakers for the censorship of the movies. Now, it has been confirmed that famous Lyricist Prasoon Joshi would replace him as new CBFC chief. Bollywood actress Vidya Balan would also become a member of CBFC according to the reports.
