Narcotics Control Bureau Registers Criminal Case Against Rhea Chakraborty In Drug Conspiracy Associated With The Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case
Reportedly, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has registered a criminal case against the ‘Jalebi’ actress and her brother Showik Chakraborty. Read on.
With new revelations every other day, the Sushant Singh Rajput death case is coming up with questionable angles. Earlier the case was being investigated by the Mumbai Police but after SSR’s father lodged an FIR against Rhea and others at Bihar Police Station, the case started to unfold and is now being investigated by the CBI basis the FIR filed by the actor’s father. ED has been investigating the money laundering angle and NCB has been investigating the drug conspiracy angle in the case.

In development, it has been reported by Bollywood Hungama that the NCB has registered a criminal case against Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty and others on August 26. The case has been registered under Sections 20, 22, 27, and 29 of the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act.
Two persons namely Farookh Batata and Bakul Chandalia has been named by the ED and is likely to be questioned by them. These two people supply drugs to the film fraternity circle revealed the same report.
Meanwhile, the CBI has been interrogating Rhea Chakraborty since the last four days consecutively. The actress will also take all possible action against the ‘Kai Po Che!’ actor’s family including prosecution for making false statements against her before the investigation authorities and the Supreme Court found her guilty of the charges.
