New Delhi: Shahid Kapoor's residence in Juhu, Mumbai, is reportedly being rented by actor Kartik Aaryan. He has a lease on an apartment in the Praneta building on Juhu Tara Road. Shahid owns the residence, and he resided there with his wife Mira Rajput, and his children Zain Kapoor and Misha Kapoor up until last year. The actor recently moved into a posh new duplex in Mumbai's Worli neighbourhood.

Shahid purchased the home in 2014, before he married Mira Rajput, according to reports.

According to a report in the Hindustan Times, Kartik Aaryan will pay a monthly rent of Rs 7.5 lakh in the first 12 months, Rs 8.02 lakh in the next year, and Rs 8.58 lakh in the third year.

One of the nicest views of Mumbai's Juhu beach can be seen from the seaside penthouse apartment, which is surrounded by greenery. The building's biggest selling point is its proximity to Juhu Beach. The Praneta building's property, according to reports, is 3,681 square feet in size and has two on-site parking places.

The actor has reportedly paid a security deposit of Rs 45 lakh, per records retrieved through zapkey.com. On January 12, 2023, the stamp duty and registration for the 36-month lease transaction were completed. The deal was made between Mala Tiwari, Kartik Aaryan's mother, and Shahid's wife Mira Kapoor.

This celebrity home, which is adjacent to the beach, features a sit-out deck, which is its most attractive viewing spot.

Before renting Shahid's Juhu residence, Kartik Aaryan resided in an apartment in Versova that he allegedly paid Rs 1.60 crore for in 2019.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira often shared family pictures and videos from their Juhu home that highlighted different areas before relocating to their new house in Worli.

Shahid and Mira reportedly paid Rs 55.60 crore for their 8,625 square foot duplex in the south wing of Three Sixty West in Prabhadevi in July 2018, and they moved in around September of that same year.
