'Love Aaj Kal' TRAILER: Kartik Aaryan & Sara Ali Khan's Chemistry Impresses; Film Looks Like Old Wine In New Bottle

'Love Aaj Kal' promises to take the movie buffs on a romantic ride with its perfect blend of modern day and past love.

New Delhi: Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan starrer ‘Love Aaj Kal’ has been making waves ever since a video of the two kissing each other was leaked from the sets. The makers of the much-awaited film have finally unveiled the trailer of ‘Love Aaj Kal’ on Friday (January 17). The romantic drama is the sequel of Deepika Padukone and Saif Ali Khan’s ‘Love Aaj Kal’, which released in 2009. ‘Love Aaj Kal’, which also stars Randeep Hooda, promises to take the audience on a rollar coaster journey with its different take on modern day and past love. The film shows romance in two different time zones-1990 and 2020. We witnessed a modern couple Veer and Zoe, who are facing issues in their relationship. Veer wants all of Zoe and is not ready to compromise while Zoe wants to focus on her career. On the other hand, there's another couple from 1990, who is in love but also faces societal pressure. Despite the buzz around the film, the trailer looked like a rehashed version of the original film. Sara and Kartik's sizzling chemistry was the highlight of the trailer. The official YouTube handle of Maddock Film shared the trailer along with the caption, "The word ‘Love’ itself brings along with it a plethora of feelings and meanings, which has constantly changed over time. While the expression of love has changed over the years gone by, does the emotion still remain the same? Has anybody figured out the perfect path towards love?  Love Aaj Kal is a movie that tackles this ever-changing dynamic of being in and finding love.  Our protagonists, Veer and Zoe traverse this tricky path of love while trying their luck in finding the answers to these questions."
